Okay, I have a random question that may sound dumb, but where exactly is University Park? I know it's considered an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County known as University Park, but why are all the mailing addresses listed under the City of Miami and in maps, it's listed as in Miami. So is it in Miami or is it in the unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County?

Because it's standard format to address a letter with a city. That's a simple fact of the matter, the city isn't important really only the zip code. In unincorporated Broward you address your letters to Ft. Lauderdale or the closest city, but neither are important. You could address all your letters with only the zip code and it would make it to the same place

likewise, I know many people in Broward and even Palm Beach Counties who use Miami as the city.
