Well Dan, here's a clue, when one university accounts for 1/2 the entire countries reported incidences year in and year out you begin to notice a trend.
The Herald, UM and Jackson Memorial have been giving the rest of the country (and world for that matter) a false impression of Miami for far too long now. It's time for the nepotism over there (one big UM family) to end and for them to start covering the community without their 'green and orange' glasses distorting everything they write.
There's a great big world out there, get out of your Ivory tower and start covering it.
