What I find truly amazing is that not one person has said anything about the athletic director or athletic department.
4 years of the programs spiraling down - How long before someone says enough is enough - we need a need athletic director with leadership skills.
While Don Shula isn't really available - the point I am trying to make is that some leaders will not tolerate the type of performance that is being displayed by the AD and the Athletic Department.
Leadership starts at the top - and that is the Board, the President, and the Athletic Director. If the AD is not performing then it is up to the Board and the President to take action.
Big time college sports is not charity. Big time sports is big business and if you can't perform at this level, then get a job in a Div II or Div III school.
