Well, it appears that FIU offensive Coordinator James Coley is a top candidate to replace some openings at FSU's coaching staff. Like the prior administrator that left to FSU, Coley has some past connections with FSU, as he is a graduate from FSU, and worked under current FSU offensive Coordinator, Jimbo Fisher at LSU. He is the only name mentioned in the article.... Here's hoping he stays a couple of more years to see realized the efforts and growing up process of FIU Football. However, the competition is tough, and may he opt to go back to FSU, I hope the best for him.... tallahassee.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008802110333

It would be a big loss, especially since we're such a young program trying to build something. But it also would be a testament to Coach Coley if a major ACC program like FSU comes, or has come, calling.

Why does it suck? I mean it didnt really seem like the guy was able to provide a good gameplan for the offense anyway.

true i slipped on the recruiting bit, but still a decent gameplan does wonders for a team. and he might have had the gameplan in place but hes gotta be able to mak the players translate it on the field.
though if he was called back to fsu, then i guess it makes sense he was atleast good. however i think this gives us an opportunity to get someone that we can have develop under the wings of the program....
