Just a quick note from a USF Bull, looking forward to our game this year. It looks like we'll be bringing a good sized crowd with us for the game. What is the skinny on the stadium, tailgating, etc? Thanks.

Right now with the new stadium going up your guess might be as good as ours. There is A LOT of room for tail gaiting around and near the stadium so that shouldn't be a problem. I went up there to Tampa for the game a couple of years ago and had a great time even though FIU came up just short. I can tell you that those around here are REALLY looking forward to playing you guys to open up the stadium and it should be a very fun atmosphere.

tailgating... hmm I CAN'T WAIT!!!. You are more than welcome to come visit our tailgate but I know y'all will travel well and will have your own. When it gets closer to the date come back to the board we will probably have (or atleast I will find out) details about where the best spots will be or where we can. I really hope we can have an overnight tailgate... I love tailgating and I can't wait !!!

Another bull here... and I can assure you it will be a herd headed down there. Someone found FREE round trip tickets on Spirit Air and a ton of people will be flying into Ft. Laud Friday night. I hope they keep the game as a 7pm start, the day game at FAU last season was a scorcher. You new stadium looks like it will be very nice. See you in September.

I saw that about the free airfare, that was pretty sweet. Do you guys know how many tickets FIU is distributing to you all. This being the first game in the stadium, I think it might be hard to get walk up tickets. Hope to see you all there.

Did a walk thru at the stadium for the club seats I'm getting with my group. That sucker is AWESOME !!! Even though it will be an inverted C for the next 2 years until the north construction is complete, it is going to loud. The seating is soooo close to the field and the aluminum bleachers are sealed (there is no open space beneath the seating) noise will be bouncing off the bleachers out towards the field. I cannot wait for the opener against USF.
Visiting team will primarily be seated in the old bleachers on the north side. Probably General admission for those seats. Best view there is top 10 rows, anything lower is slightly obstructed by the players and staff on the sidelines....
I saw the plans for the fieldhouse, WOW - gonna look amazing when it's done. It rivals anything you'd see at a POWERHOUSE program. The west end zone is starting to come along, the beams were being installed while I was there. I'm quite sure they would keep the 7pm start, I was there at 5pm and the SUN was killing all of us.
